’s polycarbonate compounding plant in Newark, Ohio, USA, has received ISCC
PLUS certification (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification), which increases the company’s supply of mass-balanced polycarbonate (PC) products in the United States. ‘s plant in Baytown, Texas, USA, received the certification earlier this year.

Makrolon® polycarbonate is compounded at ’s Newark plant and is used in the automotive, electronics and healthcare industries, among others. With ISCC PLUS certification, the facility will now be able to produce Makrolon®

RE is produced using existing infrastructure, can contain up to 89% biorecycled raw materials, and has the same physical properties as traditional Makrolon® polycarbonate. Makrolon®
